John joined Romanchuk & Co. in early 2023, with 7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private capital raises, restructuring initiatives, and initial public offerings. John has worked on transactions across various industry sectors, including energy, power and infrastructure services, environmental services, and software.

 

Mr. Reader received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Houston. He holds his Series 79, 63, and 7 securities licenses, and is a Registered Representative of, and Securities Products are offered through, BA Securities, LLC.
