Companies and investors may ask us to assist them in developing and executing a growth through acquisition strategy.  In these situations, R&Co. works directly with management to develop a thorough and well thought out buy-side strategy that clearly defines the desired outcome.  We will leverage our network to source target companies that are consistent with the strategy, including contacting and unlocking target companies that are not already “on the market”.  We assist in evaluating the potential target companies, negotiating valuation and deal structure, coordinating and conducting due diligence, and raising debt or equity capital to fund the transaction.





As a business grows and evolves, certain operations or asset groups become misaligned with the core competency and focus of the business.  In such an instance, it is common for companies to divest that business unit or asset group. R&Co. can assist in this process, from the historical carve-out of financials, through the marketing and sale of the divested group or unit.





A management buy-out is an exciting time for the acquirers but also fraught with potential pitfalls.  R&Co. can help management navigate the process and ensure they are well prepared.  We can help clients assess the feasibility of the transaction, coordinate with legal and tax advisors to structure the transaction, as well as evaluate and raise the correct capital to fund the transaction. 





Obtaining the right lender, or mix of lenders with the right terms, is key to a successful leveraged buyout acquisition strategy.  We utilize our extensive network of lenders to assist buyers in the raising of senior, subordinated or unitranche debt as part of an LBO strategy.
