Headquartered in Houston, Texas, FlexDecks LLC ("FlexDecks") is a pioneer in the engineering, design and manufacture of innovative, modular maintenance platforms for companies that are exposed to fall hazards.  Founded in 1989 as West Coast Weld Tech, and subsequently acquired in 2009, FlexDecks has become one of today's most well-respected maintenance stand providers to the Department of Defense, Military Contractors, and Allied Foreign Military customers. Products are primarily used for fixed and rotor wing aircraft with potential to expand into the railroad, transportation, and marine industries.

FlexDecks engaged Romanchuk & Co. as a sell-side advisor in a 100% sale to Kee Safety ("Kee"). Established in the U.K. in 1934, Kee has expanded into a portfolio of safety equipment utilized across many industries.

It was evident early on that Kee's experience, portfolio, management team, and reputation in the industry would have an immediate impact on accelerating FlexDecks' growth opportunities. Although a targeted process, FlexDecks still required a strategy to showcase its value and opportunities to Kee, as well as ensure a successful transaction for all parties.
