Brad founded the firm in 2011, and currently serves as its Managing Director. Mr. Romanchuk has over 20 years of experience working with and advising middle market companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising strategies, operations, finance and accounting. He has led transactions in several industrials verticals, including energy, power and infrastructure, construction & engineering, transportation & logistics, aviation, manufacturing and distribution.

Mr. Romanchuk earned his B.S. Accountancy from Arizona State University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas (inactive).  Brad also holds his ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation), CFF (Certified in Financial Forensics) and CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) designations through the AICPA.  

 

He holds his Series 79, 62 and 63 securities licenses, and is a Registered Representative of, and Securities Products are offered through, BA Securities, LLC.
